Submitting a form, using the assistant, sending a WhatsApp message, or emailing Karan Digital Labs does not automatically create a client relationship, service contract, partnership, employment relationship, or binding project agreement.

Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, payment terms, ownership, maintenance, confidentiality, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed separately in writing through a proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or written approval.

Portfolio items, demos, project names, screenshots, metrics, and case studies may be shown to explain capabilities and project patterns. Private client information is anonymized or omitted where required by agreement, confidentiality, or approval status.

Ownership of final project deliverables is governed by the written project agreement. Pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, internal processes, reusable components, know-how, and general engineering methods may remain the property of Karan Digital Labs or their respective owners.

Projects and website features may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, WhatsApp, GitHub, LinkedIn, Vercel, payment tools, APIs, AI providers, databases, or cloud services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Karan Digital Labs aims to build high-quality systems, but website content, examples, estimates, SEO notes, automation ideas, conversion suggestions, timelines, and performance claims are not guarantees of revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, or business results.

You must not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious files, or use communication channels for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karan Digital Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party tools, unavailable pages, delayed responses, or reliance on general website content.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as website features, services, business workflows, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
